Payment and Delivery/Shipping

PAYMENT
At the moment we offer credit card payment by PayPal and "wire transfer" as method of payment.


This is our payment procedure for "wire transfer" at the moment:

STEP 1: As soon as we receive your order from our online shop, we will quickly check it manually.

STEP 2: Afterwards (normally within 2-3 hours, max. 24hours) you will receive an email from us with our bank details (including IBAN-number, SWiFT-CODE, our bank etc.).

STEP 3: With these bank details you can then transfer the final amount to us.

STEP 4: After we have received your payment (payment within Europe takes approx. 3 - 5 days depending on your bank) you will get immediately a confirmation from us that your money has arrived and we will then customize your notebook according to your individual order.



STEP 5: Finally we will ship your notebook and you will receive a tracking number from us so that you can see online on www.ups.com when your notebook will arrive :-)


Please note !!!
* If you want extra fast payment, please contact your bank and ask for it. An express transfer will definitely be on our account within 24 hours, but your bank will charge you extra for this service. We canīt tell you in advance how much your bank will ask for it, because every bank in Europe has its individual pricing policy.

* If you have chosen an Individual Look or Individual Design option for your Cizmo notebook, the delivery will take 3 weeks because the customized painting and printing is very complicating and there are several defined time periods for the paint to dry. You certainly donīt want a notebook with wet paint ;-)

We also deliver to:
South America, Korea, USA, Canada, Australia, and Arab countries


SHIPPING Costs
For most European countries we offer a flat fee = EUR 59,--
We check every incoming order manually. If we should discover that the shipping costs for your specific address (islands for example or oversea shipments) are much higher, then we will contact you immediately by phone or email to discuss an individual shipping solution with you.

EXPRESS SHIPPING Costs
If you would like to receive your notebook within 24 hours or even faster, please contact us immediately and we will check our UPS rates together. Since we have received so many different EXPRESS SHIPPING requests in the past, we can assure you that every request of this kind needs to be calculated individually. We have experienced that EXPRESS SHIPPING normally costs three times as much as regular shipping rates.
